When José was fixing something in my place, he mentioned it was hard to establish trust with tenants sometimes, going into their homes when they’re not home. I thought it might help to have a picture of José up so everyone could see him and recognize him and see that people living here respect him and appreciate the standard he sets for himself and the building, and how he keeps our home clean and efficient, and a nice place to call home.
